At HairByRaymond, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and premium beauty products. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, product integrity, and client satisfaction, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

All human hair extension purchases are considered final sale. Due to the intimate nature of hair products and strict sanitation standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on hair extensions once purchased. We encourage clients to thoroughly inspect their order upon receipt. Any concerns regarding product defects or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and prior to installation, coloring, cutting, washing, or any form of alteration.

Each HairByRaymond custom wig is individually designed and handcrafted to the client’s specifications. Because these units are custom-made and personalized, all custom wig purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

For health, hygiene, and quality assurance purposes, all stock wig sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accepted on wigs that have been worn, tried on, altered, customized, or removed from their original condition and packaging.

All braiding hair purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to sanitary and product safety regulations.

All retail products, including hair care products, styling tools, accessories, and beauty merchandise, are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed, it enters our fulfillment schedule and may not be modified or canceled. Custom, special-order, and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances once production or processing has commenced.

In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, HairByRaymond must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photographs and order information may be required for review. Approved claims will be resolved at the sole discretion of HairByRaymond.

All salon services, installations, and appointments are non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to provide an exceptional client experience. Should you have a concern regarding a service received, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of your appointment so that we may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

By purchasing products or booking services with HairByRaymond, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy. HairByRaymond reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time without prior notice.
